Summer Bishil

Summer Bishil (born June 15 in 1985) is an American actress best known for playing Margo in 'The Magicians, which is a Syfy drama series about fantasy that ran between 2015 and the present. Her previous role as a Lebanese American teenager Jasira Maoun (13 years old) is a character who lives turbulent life in the backdrop of U.S. entered Iraq in the Gulf War, in Alan Ball's film "Towelhead" was a huge success and earned her recognition. The film was later chosen in 2007 to be one of the 'Variety 10 Actors to Watch'. In the 2009 movie Crossing Over she played Taslima Jhangir. In addition, she was nominated in the Independent Spirit Award category for 'Best female lead'. The actress also appeared in movies like Mooz-lum as well as The Last Airbender, Pop Star and 'Under the Silver Lake', as well as acting as the lead character in 'Lucky 7.
